Introduction
Apple's concern on aesthetics is undebatable but you can achieve
it somehow on Windows too but it would still be windows and never really look
like, but it is worthful trying.
Like its precursor, Windows also comes with a bunch of mouse
pointers. While there's nothing wrong with the default black and white cursor
but the cursor haven't got a serious or an designable update for years. Because
of this, many windows users are bored with the default cursor and want to change
the default one with a pretty awesome one.
A major aspect of making Windows OS look like macOS can be the cursors. Windows cursors are quite flat, classic and boring meanwhile MacOS's cursors are prettier and more vivacious.

Install MacOS X Cursor in Windows
Complete the given instructions/steps to download and
install the Mac cursor in Windows.
Step 1: Go to the end of this post and download the macOS
mouse cursor pack (EL Capitan Cursor.zip) for Windows. There is a download button with the proper heading.
Step 2: After download, extract the zip file to desktop or any
other location using WinRAR or 7-ZIP Software.
Step 3: There is the file named "Install.inf", in the extracted folder, right-click on it, and then click Install to install the Mac cursor in Windows.
Step 4: You have successfully installed Mac cursors, Now it's a time to pick the newly installed cursor. To do so, type "Main.cpl" in Search box or simply press Windows+R and then type Main.cpl in the Run Command Box and press Enter key to open the Mouse Properties dialog.
Step 5: Switch to Pointers tab, and select EI Capitan from the drop-down menu, then click the Apply button to apply the changes.
